experienced on family holidays over many years. The location is ideal for exploring the World renowned Jurassic Coast of East Devon, the South West Coastal Path, Sidmouth, Exmouth, Dartmoor and Exmoor . There are National Trust properties in the area and several Castles and places of historical interest, as well as many of the best walks in Britain . Westpoint arena is 10 minutes drive away, and a few minutes more will take you into Exeter City , whose excellent shopping amenities are undergoing a further remarkable transformation in the Princesshay development. A holiday at Higher Southbrook Farm or Orchard Cottage will leave you relaxed, refreshed and looking forward to a return visit. We welcome well behaved dogs over 12 months old with current vaccination papers. If you want to explore – remember to bring your wellies.
